BIOCOM Career Center Powered by BioSpace
One Free Job Posting and Free Access to the Resume Database in June
Due to the tough economic environment and our desire to get talented workers hired, BIOCOM and BioSpace have decided to offer BIOCOM/BEDC members free access to the regional BIOCOM Career Center resume database and one free job posting for the month of June. If your company has recently been a part of Reduction in Force, the career center can also help by offering former employees a tool to find employment opportunities. Candidates are able to create accounts, apply for jobs, and post their resumes for viewing by local employers. 2009 BEDC Compensation Survey
We are soliciting your organization to participate in our Compensation Survey. For planning purposes, please contact us and let us know if your organization will be able to participate. The San Diego BEDC Compensation Survey consists of market data for approximately 180 benchmark positions and a general compensation practices portion which includes past and future salary budgets. Every other year, not this year in 2009, there is a benefits practice portion. Last year, there were ~100 participating organizations, with more than half having less than 100 employees and also more than half being privately funded. In addition, we have made improvements to the survey, including adding new positions. Learn more.
